Loyalty Program Terms

US Sendwave customers who remit at least US$750 in a single month using their Sendwave Wallet as the payment method will qualify to nominate a recipient in Ghana to receive a hospital cash benefit insurance policy, at no additional cost to the Sendwave customer or their nominated recipient, that includes a cash benefit of 300 GHS per night for up to 30 nights of hospitalization (the “Hospital Cash Loyalty Benefit”).  The Hospital Cash Loyalty Benefit is effective after 2 consecutive nights’ stay as an inpatient in a hospital registered with the Ghanaian Ministry of Heath, and is subject to policy terms and conditions.  Customer participation to nominate a beneficiary for the Hospital Cash Loyalty Benefit is subject to the Sendwave and WorldRemit Terms and Conditions, is subject to availability, and may be changed, substituted, or terminated at any time without notice to the extent permitted by law.  All insurance benefits are provided to recipients nominated by eligible Sendwave customers by Metropolitan Life Insurance Ghana LTD and are facilitated by Inclusivity Solutions PTY LTD. Sendwave, WorldRemit Corp., and their affiliates are not insurance companies and are not marketing, recommending, arranging, or otherwise providing any insurance product. The Hospital Cash Loyalty Benefit for the recipient of an eligible Sendwave customer will be effective for one month beginning on the first day of the month after the Sendwave customer becomes eligible and will renew for subsequent months as long as the Sendwave customer continues to be eligible for the Hospital Cash Loyalty Benefit. Recipient hospital cash benefits will terminate on the first day of the month after a Sendwave customer fails to meet eligibility requirements for the Hospital Cash Loyalty Benefit, but may resume in future months if the Sendwave customer meets eligibility requirements at that time.
