Yes you will need the latest version of the Sendwave app, version 4.32 or newer, in order to be able to send USD to Haiti. To check if you have the latest version of the Sendwave app, you can open the app, click on the account or profile icon, scroll down to the end of the screen, then scroll down again and you will see the version of the app that is installed. If the version you have is not at least 4.32, then you will need to update your app. To do this, go to the play store on your Android or app store on your iphone and search Sendwave. You will see the option to update the app. Click on update and then close the Sendwave app and open it again.
No you can only send USD for cash pick up at any Sacombank branch.
The fee to send USD to Vietnam is 1.15% of the send amount and will be capped at $9 USD.
This depends on your daily limits. Go to ‘my limits’ in your profile menu to see your daily and monthly limits.
Your recipient needs a voucher code, and local ID card which includes their exact full name, ID number, date of issue and place of issue.
Right now we only have pick-up service at all Sacombank branches in the country.
Your recipient will be able to pick up money from any Sacombank network location without a fee. Note that they will only be able to retrieve the money from the counter and NOT from an ATM machine.
First you need to add a new recipient (even if the recipient is already saved on your list). Because we need to have a USD recipient, separate from the VND recipient. Then you just follow the normal steps, add the send amount, and pay with your debit card.
We are working hard to make your transfer available to your recipient as soon as possible. Your funds should be available for pickup the same day. Be aware that due to time differences and occasional circumstances, some transactions may take longer than 24 hours. Please note that the bank operating hours in Vietnam are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday).
The transaction will be automatically cancelled after 7 days and the money will be refunded back to your bank account.

Yes you will receive a SMS notification after you send, providing you with information about your transaction, recipient, amount, and a voucher code for pick up. Please share this voucher code with the recipient for pick up.
Your recipient will receive a phone call from our partner’s customer service representative in Vietnam (i.e. Nhat Phuong company) who will inform them about the transfer, and instruct them how to collect it.
